I have a 12:30-6 cashiering shift today so I made this big sandwich for 11 a.m. breakfast:
- 2 slices whole wheat bread
- homemade bread and butter pickles, about 8
- 2 eggs, over hard
- fried black forest ham
- extra sharp cheddar
- chipotle cheddar
- honey mustard
- buffalo blue cheese dip
