I started out this evening's dinner with Archer Farms Thai-inspired rice and broccoli seasoned vegetable blend.
I augmented it with extra stir fry vegetables and a can of water chestnuts.
In a skillet, I put two teaspoons of butter, a teaspoon of canola oil, a few sprinkles of sesame oil. I meant to add one teaspoon garlic powder, about two tablespoons lemon juice and a sprinkle of ginger.
I added the water chestnuts and extra vegetables and stir fried on high. Then I added the packaged veggies and mixed it all up.
Very pleased with the result.
